You will receive a confirmation email with an order number and details of your items.

What are your delivery times?
- Metropolitan France: Standard ≈ 6 working days | Express ≈ 1 day (if available).
- EU: 4 to 7 working days depending on the country.
- USA: 2 to 5 working days as standard.

Automatically calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
Example France: standard from €6.48 excluding VAT | express from €15.05 excluding VAT.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to most EU countries and some non-EU countries (e.g. USA). Express depends on your address.

Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, as long as the order has not been shipped. After shipment, any changes depend on the carrier and may incur a fee.

What is your return time?
You have 14 days after receipt to return your product to us.

What should I do if my package is damaged or missing?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos (damaged) or within 7 days (package marked "delivered" but not received). An investigation will be opened.
